About the terms

Access to and use of Oonair.com website, platforms and applications both internationally is provided by the Oonair SL on the following terms:

1. By using Oonair you agree to be bound by these terms, which shall take effect immediately on your first use of Oonair.com. If you do not agree to be bound by all of the following terms please do not access or use Oonair related platforms and applications.

2. Oonair may change these terms from time to time and so you should check these terms regularly. If you do not agree to the changes, you should cease using this website. If you cease using the service, please, notify us and we will reply you about your ceasing during next 24 hours.

3. Oonair reserves the right to change our monthly fees at least with 30 days between the public notification and the effective change of the fees.

Oonair or its suppliers own the intellectual property rights to any and all protectable components of the Service, including but not limited to the name of the Service, artwork and end-user interface elements contained within the Service, many of the individual features, and the related documentation. You may not copy, modify, adapt, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or dissemble any aspect of the Service which Oonair or its suppliers own.

Oonair or its suppliers own the intellectual property rights to any and all protectable components of the Website, platform and applications belonging to Oonair.

Oonair claims no intellectual property rights over the Content you upload or provide to the Service. The contents uploaded to an enterprise into Oonair belong to each Enterprise without exception. Oonair has no rights on any contents stored, shared, uploaded, forwarded or similar actions from and to Oonair.com.

Your use of the Service, including any content, information or functionality contained within it, is provided "as is" and "as available" with no representations or warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
