About the terms

Access to and use of Oonair.com website, platforms and applications both internationally is provided by the Oonair SL on the following terms:

1. By using Oonair you agree to be bound by these terms, which shall take effect immediately on your first use of Oonair.com. If you do not agree to be bound by all of the following terms please do not access or use Oonair related platforms and applications.

Modifications to the Service and Fees

2. Oonair may change these terms from time to time and so you should check these terms regularly. If you do not agree to the changes, you should cease using this website. If you cease using the service, please, notify us and we will reply you about your ceasing during next 24 hours.

3. Oonair reserves the right to change our monthly fees at least with 30 days between the public notification and the effective change of the fees.

Copyright and Ownership

Oonair or its suppliers own the intellectual property rights to any and all protectable components of the Service, including but not limited to the name of the Service, artwork and end-user interface elements contained within the Service, many of the individual features, and the related documentation. You may not copy, modify, adapt, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or dissemble any aspect of the Service which Oonair or its suppliers own.

Oonair or its suppliers own the intellectual property rights to any and all protectable components of the Website, platform and applications belonging to Oonair.

Oonair claims no intellectual property rights over the Content you upload or provide to the Service. The contents uploaded to an enterprise into Oonair belong to each Enterprise without exception. Oonair has no rights on any contents stored, shared, uploaded, forwarded or similar actions from and to Oonair.com.

General conditions

Your use of the Service, including any content, information or functionality contained within it, is provided “as is” and “as available” with no representations or warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You assume total responsibility and risk for your use of this Service.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using the Service.
• If any provision of the Terms of Service is held invalid or otherwise unenforceable, the enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be impaired thereby.
• The failure of Oonair to exercise any right provided for herein shall not be deemed a waiver of any right hereunder. The Terms of Service sets forth the entire understanding between you and Firewheel Design as to the Service and supercedes any prior agreements between you and Firewheel Design (including, but not limited to, prior versions of the Terms of Service).

Oonair takes care of enterprise and individuals privacy. We will collect and use information through our website only in the ways disclosed in this statement. This statement applies solely to information collected at Oonair website and platform applications which belongs to Oonair SL. All the information collected and manager here will just be used by Oonair member and it will never be shared with third party. We collect general information through server log files and cookies and personal or corporate information through our contact and request information forms.

Registered users will receive additional announcements from us about products and offers by email. Registered users may update or modify their own personal information just by using one of the communication ways we have.
